Kim’s Prison
Part 1 - Kim’s Demon/Angel
“…and as you can see…” the teacher said, looking around the class before her mouth formed into a thin line, "Miss Denvers. May I have your attention, please?"
Immediately, all heads turned to the blonde girl in the back row, who continued to stare outside, bored.
“Miss Denvers!”
Still no response, and it was only when one of the students poked Kim in the ribs that she looked up.
“What?” Kim asked displeased and searched the diagram on the blackboard until her eyes met those of her teacher.
"Once again I see that you are not following the lesson Miss Denvers. Is chemistry too boring for you?"
“Pff, chemistry…”
“What was that?”
"I don't need that crap. What you're teaching here has been backward for half a million years. I could easily teach this class, even if I doubt you understand …"
"Kim, shut up for once. You've become so obnoxious in the past few days that it's no longer funny," shouted one of Kim's classmates, and everyone joined in. Before the teacher could calm the class down and reprimand Kim further, she got up from her seat.
“Perhaps a lesson is in order,” Kim said coldly, picking up her bag from the floor before walking to the front.
“Miss Denvers, sit down immediately or…”
“Make way, old hag,” Kim interrupted, pushing her teacher aside. She stumbled back with her mouth open and landed in a chair next to the lab table. She was about to get up and send Kim to the principal when she got an icy cold look from Kim, who told her that she'd better not move. Meanwhile, Kim pulled a few glass ampoules out of her bag and poured their contents into a test tube, which she immediately heated up.
“As you can see, I've just … what were the names here again … Watering Heart, Witch's Flow, Slime Essence and …” Kim explained as she pulled out a knife and cut her own finger before her teacher could stop her. Her classmates drew in a hissing breath as they saw the blade, from which blood was now dripping into the test tube, “Some of my blood mixed into this glass.”
“Kim, I'm going to have to ask you to go to the nurse immediately and remove the knife …”
“As you can see, the substances start to react under the heat, even if it hardly gets any warmer itself,” Kim interrupted her teacher again as the substances in the test tube started to turn a dark red. Kim poured the substance onto her open hand to show that she wasn't burning herself.
"Normally, the resulting latex would engulf everything in this room until it cooled down. However, I discovered that if you add your own blood to it, you can control it."
Her classmates watched in fascination as the latex coiled around Kim's hand, crawling up her arm like a snake and down her back past her neck.
“So you can… maybe spice up those boring costumes you sometimes wear.”
At that moment, Kim spread her arms and the latex on her back spread out behind her like a pair of red, demonic wings. Her classmates and teacher backed away, unable to believe their eyes. The wings looked so real, as if the blonde had just jumped out of an unholy painting.
“Are… are you the devil?” someone asked, and Kim chuckled.
"Not yet, no. But I'm working towards it. And that was just a useless little trick… Because of its limited use, it has no other use for me," Kim explained, making the wings disappear again and the latex crawl to the center of the lab table, where it remained.
“What… what do you mean?” Kim's teacher asked, looking up from the puddle to Kim, who was now packing her things and throwing her bag onto her shoulder.
“It will get its own will back if the mistress gets too far away from it,” she said curtly and turned away.
“See you next week … maybe,” Kim said and walked straight out of the class. Her classmates stared after her open-mouthed until one of them cried out and pointed at the table. The latex began to bubble and shake again. At the same time, it began to grow and threw books, test tubes and the teacher's bag off the table.
Kim rolled her eyes in boredom as she left the classroom, almost bumping into the director of the university who was walking around with some important looking people.
"Ooooh! Speak of the devil, or rather angels. This is Kim Denvers, the student I told you about," said the director, pushing Kim into their midst. Hands immediately pressed in Kim's direction, which she shook reluctantly.
“Um, thank you…” Kim said curtly and tried to pull away, but the principal held her firmly by her shoulders.
"You know, young Kim came to us from a very difficult background, but has developed into a brilliant student since she's been with us. All thanks to your generous donations."
"Ohooo. So we can expect great things from you, Miss Denvers?"
“Um… sure,” Kim said curtly, but an idea came to her how to escape quickly, “If you walk through the door here, you're in for something big.”
She quickly opened the door and pushed the director and the donors into the chemistry room, where their jaws dropped. Inside, a storm of red latex raged, drenching students from head to toe and wrapping them in tight cocoons. Their facial features were clearly visible underneath and formed into panicked screams. Before the new humans could do anything, they too were engulfed by the mass as Kim slammed the door shut.
“Always interesting to see,” she muttered and moved forward, this time with the intention of not being stopped again. But when she saw Luke standing in front of her, she couldn't help but stand rooted to the spot.
That stupid brat!
Part 2 - Kim Alone
Kim gritted her teeth and poked around in the heavy steel door with a lock pick. Jinara had locked her inside her own head for weeks. A cell measuring five by five steps was all she had, and the light shining through the small bars cast images onto the opposite wall like a movie. Kim was thus able to witness firsthand how Jinara was destroying her life piece by piece and planning something even darker. Kim looked up briefly when Jinara turned her chemistry class into a latex party and couldn't help but smile. Cruel and unnecessary? Yes, definitely! But absurdly funny?
“Maybe you could argue that… I really need to see my therapist when this is all over,” Kim muttered, cursing as her lock pick broke again. It vanished into thin air and Kim gritted her teeth to conjure up a new one. Another one immediately materialized in her hands and she started her work all over again. It was still her head, even if Jinara had locked her inside it. Unfortunately, that still didn't give her the skills of a master thief.
“How does Chloe do it?” she muttered, flinching when she heard her name.
“Kim?”
Kim jumped up and grabbed the bars with her hands. Standing in front of her was Luke, looking sad yet determined at the same time.
“LUKE! I'M HERE! GET ME OUT OF HERE! THIS ISN'T ME!” Kim cried desperately, pounding on the door. She bent down to the lock again and poked at it with renewed vigor. Then, suddenly, it clicked and the door opened.
“YES!” Kim shouted, breaking free from her mental shackles. She took possession of her body and immediately interrupted the spell Jinara was about to cast on Luke.
“LUKE, RUN! I… I can't hold her off for long… I… love you…” Kim cried, seeing the shock slowly fade from Luke's face and be replaced by a warm smile.
“I'll save you…” he said, just as Kim felt a firm grip on her hair and was mercilessly pulled back into the darkness. Her body froze as neither she nor Jinara controlled it.
The last thing she saw was Luke nodding to her before Jinara threw Kim back into the cell, but she did not leave Kim alone in her 25-square-foot prison again. “I see I was too lenient with you!” hissed the demon, her shadowy form looming over the young blonde.
Even though Kim wanted to be brave, she instantly disappeared and gave way to the nightmare she had let into her life.
“Leave… leave my body!” Kim cried, but her voice broke halfway through the sentence and she wanted to sink into the ground.
"Far too lenient. This little rebellion will cost you dearly! You forget that I have seen into your soul and know your deepest fears! It's time to confront them!" Jinara announced, making a striking motion with her shadowy claw. Kim's clothes were torn from her body in one stroke, and she instantly covered her breasts and crotch. The demoness, however, did not care about her shame, grabbed Kim by the throat and lifted her up. Kim gasped as Jinara pressed her against the cell wall. Her other hand rose and dark energies charged into it before she pressed the energy ball against Kim's chest. Kim groaned as her body was covered in black latex. Like monstrous hands, it grabbed Kim and coated her skin from her neck down. Ultimately, it looked like she was wearing a latex suit. However, that didn't bother Kim until she smelled it. A pungent, sweet smell that drilled into her nose and reminded her of Judy's store. She felt sick instantly, and when Jinara let go of her, she immediately held her nose. However, the demon had other plans, and her broad grin told Kim that it was far from over. The latex on her skin began to bubble as if it were boiling, and the smell grew stronger despite her closed nose. Jinara grabbed her arms and pressed them under her breasts. They stuck there, and latex spread from her fingers behind her back, connecting to form a straitjacket. Her legs began to stick together, and the latex formed a leg binder. Kim watched helplessly as the smell drove her crazy. Meanwhile, Jinara raised both hands and gathered energy again, which she unleashed on Kim. More latex bubbled up on her body and began to squeeze Kim together. A thick sleeping bag formed around her entire body and inflated, with the poor blonde in its center. Belts restrained the monstrous latex structure and pressed Kim's arms further into position and her legs even tighter together. Black chains pulled Kim up to the ceiling and secured her in the center of the cell. Her breathing became shallow, and each breath overwhelmed her with the sweet smell of latex.
“That should keep you tied up for a while and teach you a lesson…” said Jinara, stroking Kim’s cheek tenderly.
“I… ah… I want…” Kim stammered, remembering Judy and what she had learned there.
“Yes, my little Kim?” Jinara asked with a crooked smile, leaning closer to Kim's face.
“I… Raaaaaappffffff!” Kim said, spitting right in Jinara's face. The demon flinched and her dark aura disappeared for a brief moment, allowing Kim to see her true form. A young demon who must have been beautiful long ago, but was now consumed by rage and dark magic. Kim furrowed her eyebrows when she saw Jinara for the first time, but her form disappeared behind the shadows again. The saliva on her face evaporated and the demon towered over Kim.
“That was a mistake!” she hissed, pressing her hand against Kim's face. The latex bubbled up again and grew up her neck. Her golden hair was consumed by blackness and a gas mask formed over Kim's face. At the same time, something pressed into her mouth, preventing her from saying another word. A tube twisted into the mask and ended in a latex breathing bag. Kim immediately felt nauseous and shook her head in disgust, but even that was taken from her when the inflatable latex enclosed and immobilized her head. She could now barely hear what Jinara was saying.
“Did you know that you humans’ senses become stronger when your other senses are taken away? Why don’t we test that a little?” Jinara asked, waving her hand in front of Kim’s face. The lenses in the gas mask became cloudier and Kim opened her eyes wide. When they were completely black, Kim screamed, but it didn't help. Jinara had complete control over Kim's senses and all she could do was breathe. And with every breath, it got worse. The smell of latex that haunted her in her nightmares.
But there was something else. Hope. And a crack in Jinara's flawless shadow. Even though Kim was locked inside her own head and haunted by her nightmares, she knew that from now on she also lived inside Jinara's head.
Part 3 - The New Home
Kim took a cardboard box out of the car and staggered toward her house. After her and Chloe's old apartment burned down, along with all their belongings, these boxes were all she had left. They contained donations from friends so that they could build a new life for themselves. It was a drop in the ocean, but at least no one had been hurt in the fire. Kim was so deep in thought that she didn't notice someone standing in front of her. A second later, she bumped into Trisha and fell to the ground. Her clothes scattered across the lawn and Kim hurriedly picked them up. She didn't have time to rub her sore bottom for fear that the wind might steal her treasures.
“Oh, I'm sorry,” Trisha said quickly, bending down to help Kim pick them up. Kim looked over at her and froze. Her sister had already told her that magic and elves existed, but she hadn't mentioned anything about catgirls.
“T… thanks,” Kim said quickly, taking the clothes Trisha handed her.
The catgirl towered over her, and she had to swallow hard when she saw the well-trained body in front of her. Kim suddenly felt extremely tiny.
“No problem. My fault. I didn't see you,” Trisha said, ruffling Kim's hair. She was about to walk away when Kim called after her, “You're that assassin from that C&T event, right?”
Trisha chuckled and turned back to Kim.
“Yep. And I was pretty impressed with your idea with the blinding spell. You really got me there,” Trisha praised, grinning broadly.
“I'm… I'm sorry, I didn't mean to…”
"Hey, it's okay. It was just a game. And in the future, we'll play more games and I'll get my revenge on you. I'm sure of it!“ Trisha said, taking the box from Kim. ”Let me carry that for you and we'll take a look around your new home. Maybe we can make it a little more comfortable for you?"
Perplexed, Kim looked at her empty hands, looked up at Trisha, and nodded with a smile.
“So there are catgirls, magic, and elves?” Kim asked as she and Trisha assembled a shelf.
“Yeah… but well hidden.”
“Like in Harry Potter?”
Trisha paused and looked at Kim with a frown.
“Like what?”
“Oh, you don't know it?”
Trisha shook her head and explained to Kim that she wasn't quite up to speed with today's history.
"… But I don't think Celine has contact with other magicians, and certainly not, as you said, that there is an underground magic government. I don't think most mages would be interested in that anyway. Why do you think Celine moved here and not to the city? Do you like it here so far?“
Kim breathed heavily.
”Well… It's a forest… not exactly the best connection to the city and the university, but… the house is big and my room,“ said Kim, looking around with a smile, ”I've never had such a big room before. And with your help, it's going to be really nice!"
They lifted the shelf and placed it against the wall.
“Now you have enough space for your things,” Trisha said, looking down at little Kim.
“Well… my things, which are all burned?”
“Party pooper,” Trisha said, looking at the empty shelf before considering filling it with a few things for Kim.
“I'll ask Celine… I think she could spare a few coins to get you one of those… computers,” Trisha said.
“What? No, you don't have to! The house is gift enough!”
“Oh, come on. You have to do that university stuff somehow,” Trisha said, waving her hand dismissively.
“Well…”
“As a little welcome gift,” Trisha continued to murmur, her ears twitching briefly. The next moment, they heard Chloe enter the house.
“Kim! I'm back!” Chloe called out breathlessly, setting down baskets of food. She walked up to Trisha and Kim and looked at the catgirl in surprise.
“Oh, Trisha, what are you doing here?”
Grinning mischievously, Trisha said, “Helping your sister set up. But I'm off now. See you later, traitor. Hope to see you again soon, Kim.”
Laughing, Trisha walked past Chloe and gave her a firm slap on the butt, which made Chloe jump. The front door slammed shut, leaving a grinning Kim and a stunned Chloe rubbing her butt.
“What the hell was that?” Chloe asked.
“I don't think she's forgotten that you betrayed her at the event and left her to those vines.”
“Oh… Yeah, that was a little mean of me.”
“A little?”
Chloe rolled her eyes.
“Come on, it was just a game!”
“And you committed a war crime in that game!”
“Whaaaaaat?!?!?”
